Introduction

Whofits ("we," "our," or "us") is building a creator discovery and qualification platform for influencer marketing agencies. We're currently in waitlist mode, which means we're only collecting email addresses from people interested in early access.

This Privacy Policy explains what we do (and don't do) with your email address when you join our waitlist.

When you join the Whofits waitlist, we collect:

Your email address - That's it. Nothing else.

We don't collect:

  • Your name (unless you include it in your email)

  • Cookies for tracking (we only use essential cookies for the website to function)

How We Use Your Email

We use your email address to:

  1. Notify you when Whofits launches - You'll get an email when we're ready to onboard users from the waitlist
  2. Send occasional product updates - If we have important news about development progress (rarely, no spam)
  3. Manage waitlist priority - Earlier signups get priority access when we launch

That's all. We won't use your email for anything else unless you explicitly opt-in later.

What We DON'T Do With Your Email

  • We never sell your email to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers
  • We never share your email with anyone outside our company
  • We never send spam or daily marketing emails
  • We never add you to other mailing lists without permission

Third-Party Services

We use only industry-standard, highly secure infrastructure providers to help us deliver Whofits and manage our waitlist.

These partners are carefully selected based on their security certifications and data protection standards. They are contractually obligated to protect your information and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

Our infrastructure includes:

Our hosting providers may collect basic technical information (like IP addresses) to ensure website security and delivery. Performance and security data is typically anonymized and handled according to strict retention policies.

Your Rights

Unsubscribe anytime

  • Every email we send has an unsubscribe link
  • Click it and you're immediately removed from the waitlist
  • No questions asked

Request deletion

  • We'll delete your email address within 7 days

Request your data

  • We'll send you a copy of what we have (it's just your email address)

Data Security

How we protect your email:

In case of a breach:

  • We'll notify you within 72 hours
  • We'll explain what happened and what we're doing about it

How Long We Keep Your Email

  • While we're in waitlist mode: Until you unsubscribe or we launch the product
  • After we launch: We'll invite you to create an account (you can decline)
  • If you don't respond: We'll keep your email for 6 months after launch, then delete it
  • If you unsubscribe: Deleted within 7 days

Children's Privacy

Whofits is not intended for anyone under 18. If you're under 18, please don't join our waitlist.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this privacy policy:

  • We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top
  • If we make material changes, we'll email you
  • You can unsubscribe if you don't like the changes

When we launch the full product:

  • We'll have a more comprehensive privacy policy
  • We'll notify waitlist members before collecting any additional information

International Users

If you're in the EU (GDPR):

  • We process your email based on your consent (you signed up voluntarily)
  • You have the right to access, delete, or export your data
